Details of the Job/Internship

Larsen & Toubro is hiring a Legal Associate – Projects to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend courts, Maha-RERA, Appellate Tribunals, government bodies, and police stations for civil and criminal matters.
• Draft and vet Agreements for Sale, Allotment Letters, Application Forms, and other marketing documents for residential launches.
• Draft and vet Leave & License Agreements, Lease Agreements, Sale Deeds for commercial transactions.
• Draft/vet replies to customers and various procurement-related contracts.
• Handle legal documents, NDAs, and commercial transaction paperwork.
• Send periodic updates and MIS to the Legal Head (Mumbai).
• Support with additional legal assignments as directed by the Legal Head.
