Details of the Job/Internship
Amicus Publico LLP is hiring a Legal Head with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead, review, and supervise drafting, vetting, and finalization of pleadings, agreements, notices, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Conduct and oversee legal research, case law analysis, and preparation of legal opinions.
- Manage and strategize litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and ensure timely filing and representation.
- Ensure compliance with procedural laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Maintain professional client communication, provide updates, and address queries.
- Allocate work, guide junior associates, and maintain quality control.
- Review case status and prepare internal reports and presentations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in the legal field.
- Strong drafting, research, and litigation knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
Salary/Stipend
Not less than ₹30,000 per month.
