Details of the Job/Internship
BPTP Ltd. is hiring legal-head to join them in Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage the Legal Head’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, hearings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up on actionable items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Legal Assistance
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
- Coordinate with external law firms, consultants, and regulatory authorities for timely updates and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines for legal filings, court submissions, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a systematic repository for legal documents and case files.
- Coordination and Liaison
- Act as a point of contact between the Legal Head and other departments, ensuring efficient communication.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary documents and data for legal assessments.
- Facilitate smooth interaction with government bodies, clients, and third parties related to real estate projects.
- Research and Reporting
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to aid in decision-making.
- Compile reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track updates on property laws, RERA regulations, and other industry-specific legal developments.
Eligibility
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Paralegal certification or legal background is preferred.
- Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate or legal industry.
- Exposure to legal documentation, real estate laws, and regulatory processes is a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with legal management software and tools.
- Basic understanding of property-related legal terminology and documentation.
- Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
