Details of the Job/Internship

Buldana Urban Management Services is hiring a Legal Advisor with 3–5+ years of experience to provide legal assistance and advisory services at Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle disputes with customers and vendors before litigation or arbitration.
• Draft legal notices, warning letters, and other legal communications.
• Advise on corporate and regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Review customer communications and contracts from a legal perspective.
• Support negotiations, drafting, and compliance in contracts across business functions.
• Represent legal advisory in cross-functional projects and provide legal guidance.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 3–5+ years of experience in legal advisory.
• Knowledge of multistate cooperative law is a plus.
• Ability to file civil cases under loan recovery sections.
