Details of the Job/Internship

Chaayos is hiring a Legal Head with a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead the organisation’s legal function in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead contract drafting, review, and compliance management.
• Oversee litigation and manage relationships with external counsel.
• Handle investor-related legal matters and manage trademark portfolios.
• Ensure FSSAI and other local compliance requirements are met across India.
• Advise management on regulatory and operational legal issues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in contracts, compliance, litigation, and trademark management.
• Knowledge of FSSAI and local compliance in the food industry.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
