Details of the Job/Internship
Lawsuit Ventures is hiring a Legal Head with experience of 4 to 6 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all legal matters within the company.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Handle litigations and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Evaluate cases for funding and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with our legal experts to assess the merit of each case.
- Manage relationships with external legal co Counsel.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in the industry.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the legal field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
- Experience in handling litigations and legal proceedings.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide strategic legal advice to the management team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
