Details of the Job/Internship

Legacy Global Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Head.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Head of Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the company.
• This includes legal compliance, legal consulting, preparation of legal documents, and handling legal issues.
• The role is based in Bengaluru and will require on-site presence.

Eligibility

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in Land Acquisition and revenue matters.
• Experience in legal compliance and handling legal issues
• Legal document preparation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry only.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are beneficial.
• Knowledge of the planning authority byelaws.

Salary/Stipend
