Mother Sparsh is hiring for the position of Legal Head with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches and oversee the entire registration process.
- Draft and manage legal documents including oppositions, counter-statements, and affidavits.
- Handle Trademark Journal Oppositions and filings under Section 45.
- Lead rectification proceedings, injunction matters, and cease & desist communications.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive IP and trademark data records.
- Draft agreements and documentation related to IP rights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proactive IP protection.
- Provide legal advice on Trademark, Design, and Copyright issues.
- Assist in the legal strategy for brand protection, including dispute resolution and enforcement.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Trademark and Intellectual Property Law.
- Strong command over IP laws including Trademarks, Design, and Copyright.
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents and managing opposition proceedings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
- Self-driven, able to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
