Details of the Job/Internship
Mother Sparsh is hiring a Legal Head with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end trademark registration procedure and conduct detailed trademark searches.
- Monitor Trademark journals and handle opposition proceedings, including the drafting of counter-statements and affidavits.
- Draft various legal documents related to Intellectual Property rights, such as cease and desist notices and Section 45 affidavits.
- Oversee rectification proceedings and manage injunction matters to protect brand interests.
- Ensure compliance across IPR, legal metrology, and various commercial agreements.
- Maintain robust data management for all legal and IP-related files.
- Provide expert advice on matters involving Design and Copyright laws.
Eligibility
- Must be a law graduate from a recognized University.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience specifically in Trade Mark and Intellectual Property (IP).
- Deep knowledge of Trademark, Design, and Copyright laws.
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
- Superior drafting and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet inflexible deadlines independently.
