Details of the Job/Internship

Novex Communications Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Head to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle all legal cases individually and manage in-house legal team.
• Oversee IPR matters (Copyright) and liaise with advocates across India.
• Draft and review all legal documents.
• Manage civil/criminal cases, writ petitions, summary suits, 138 cases, recovery suits, company petitions, arbitration, banking, and copyright infringement suits.
• Attend court with company advocates and prepare proceedings reports.
• Prepare pleadings in consultation with advocates or vet their drafts.
• Provide periodical legal updates to directors.
• Liaise with government officials to resolve legal issues.
