Details of the Job/Internship
Reliance Industries Limited is looking for a candidates for the role of Legal Head with 12 to 15 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end multi-function projects of strategic importance
- Lead and motivate the team, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively.
- Effectively mentor, train and supervise team members.
- Associates with special projects may have wider organizational impact.
- Ability to generate new ideas and provide unique perspective to the issue under consideration.
- Ability to do detailed analysis of information / MIS reports to draw insights for Chairman / Executive Committee.
- Highly professional individual exhibiting highest level of integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to confidently deal with senior professionals within & outside the company.
Eligibility
- MBA from a reputed Tier I institute (desirable)
- Graduated from a reputed university / college, preferably from Engineering Background.
