Role and Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing all legal aspects of the company, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Proven experience as a legal counsel or head of legal.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Knowledge of the legal landscape in Kolkata and India.
- Minimum 3 years Experience In a Law Firm.
