Checkmarx is hiring a Legal Helpdesk to join their legal department in Pune, supporting global legal teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and support a high volume of legal requests from sales, marketing, R&D, and other teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for the legal department.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and stakeholders to provide actionable advice.
- Track and manage KPIs and reporting requirements for management and the board.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably in an international company.
- Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Virtual Data Rooms (VDR), DocuSign, and Copilot solutions.
- Familiarity with legal documents including NDAs, POC agreements, and DPAs.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Assertive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Salary/Stipend
