Details of the Job/Internship
TeamLease Regtech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Implementation Associate with an LL.B or above qualification to join its office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal client teams to collect required data.
- Address queries on data requirements including legal applicability of Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Circulars, and their compliances.
- Align meetings internally and with TL Regtech for compliance identification, mapping, and training.
- Assist with report and data extractions.
- Train users on the software as required.
- Support in understanding and completing requisite compliance.
- Ensure 100% compliance reporting in RegTrack on a monthly basis.
- Ensure coverage of all compliances applicable to the company within the tool.
- Ensure timely receipt and configuration of legal updates for relevant departments/users.
- Map compliance correctly with requisite members.
- Support in resolution of product-related queries.
- Act as a liaison between client teams and TL Regtech team for issue resolution.
- Maintain trackers for issues and their updates.
- Provide legal and compliance research or support work as directed by the company’s representative.
Eligibility
LL.B or above.
