Details of the Job/Internship

YLT LEGAL is hiring a part-time, remote Legal Indian Language Translator to translate legal documents from regional Indian languages into English.

Role and Responsibilities

• Translate a variety of legal documents from regional Indian languages to English.
• Prepare legal documents.
• Ensure accurate translation of terminology.
• Maintain the integrity of the original content.
• Perform transcription and data entry related to legal documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in translation and legal translation.
• Knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation.
• Understanding of legal terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple Indian languages and English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in translations.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
