Details of the Job/Internship

TruEstate is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.

• Duration: 6 Months.
• Opportunity: Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and other real estate contracts.
• Conduct legal research on property-related regulations and emerging legal trends.
• Assist in title verification, due diligence, and compliance processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.
• Keep up to date with changes and developments in Indian real estate laws and property regulations.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing 5th year of a 5-year integrated law course, 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B, or recently graduated in law.
• Solid understanding of property and real estate laws in India.
• Strong legal drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent research and written communication abilities.
• Prior internship or experience in property or real estate law is an advantage.
• Self-driven, reliable, and capable of managing work independently and meeting deadlines.
