Details of the Job/Internship
Orion Hotels is hiring a Legal Intern / Trainee (Entry Level) with relevant experience in legal and compliance documentation to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize licenses, permits, NOCs, and compliance documents.
- Track renewal dates and compliance deadlines.
- Follow up with the legal head and departments for updates.
- Maintain digital and physical records of agreements and certificates.
- Assist in preparing compliance trackers and audit documentation.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in legal or compliance documentation (internship/full-time).
- Basic knowledge of hospitality-related licenses preferred.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and online file tools.
- Professional coordination skills across teams.
