Details of the Job/Internship
Nextyn is hiring a Legal Intern with ongoing or recent legal studies to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review legal documents, agreements, and internal policies for accuracy.
- Conduct compliance checks as per internal guidelines and regulatory norms.
- Analyze transcripts and communication material for legal or compliance issues.
- Support drafting and updating of legal templates, disclaimers, T&Cs, and SOPs.
- Maintain organised documentation and version control.
- Assist in researching regulatory frameworks, data privacy standards, and risk areas.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BLS LLB / BA LLB or equivalent.
- Strong command of English and excellent comprehension skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify risk elements.
- Understanding of basic legal concepts and data privacy norms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong research skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using digital tools and transcription platforms.
