Details of the Job/Internship

Chakr Innovation is hiring a Legal Intern to join its legal team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, including NDAs and vendor contracts, under supervision.
• Support compliance with environmental regulations, statutory filings, and requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Conduct guided legal research on cleantech policies, intellectual property protection, and labour laws.
• Coordinate with external counsel and assist in tracking legal timelines and documentation.

Eligibility

• Current law student (4th or 5th year LLB) or a fresh LLM graduate from a recognized university.
• Basic understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in the ESG or cleantech sector is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
