Details of the Job/Internship

SquadStack.ai is hiring a Legal Intern to support the legal team in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters at their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Support compliance with corporate, employment, data privacy, and industry-specific laws.
• Conduct legal research on TRAI regulations, DPDP compliance, and other relevant topics.
• Maintain an organized repository of legal documents and contracts.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos on legal matters.
• Support the legal team in day-to-day operational tasks.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB, BA LLB, or equivalent).
• Strong interest in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary/Stipend

₹15,000 per month.
