Details of the Job/Internship

Volody is inviting law students to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing commercial contracts, NDAs, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory frameworks around technology, AI, data privacy, and IP.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand AI-driven contract analytics and risk assessment.
• Support the creation of AI training datasets by tagging and annotating legal clauses.
• Draft legal notes, case studies, and research papers on emerging LegalTech trends.
• Participate in product testing and provide legal insights to refine AI outputs.
• Assist in compliance documentation for data privacy and corporate governance.
• Experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for legal drafting, summarization, and research through effective prompt engineering.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed an LL.B (or equivalent) degree.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and legal innovation.
• Solid grasp of contract law, legal terminology, and research methods.
• Familiarity with AI tools and LegalTech platforms (CLM, eDiscovery, automation tools) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and strong in written & verbal communication.
