ASPA Legal is inviting applications for a Legal Internship in Commercial Litigation to be undertaken in-office at their Greater Kailash, Delhi office. The internship duration is one month, with a performance-based stipend. The work will involve practical exposure to litigation and case preparation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal research.
- Drafting.
- Contract review.
- Observing court proceedings.
- Assisting in case preparation.
Eligibility
- 2nd or 3rd year students of the 3-year LL.B. course.
- 4th or 5th year students of the 5-year B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or B.Com. LL.B. course.
- Interest in Commercial Litigation.
