Emkay Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Debt Settlement Team in Noida. This is a paid, in-office internship that provides hands-on exposure to real consumer debt and banking law cases.

Role and Responsibilities

• Interact with clients dealing with loan and debt-related challenges.
• Suggest legal remedies and settlement options in line with RBI regulations.
• Communicate and negotiate with lenders and recovery agents.
• Draft legal notices, agreements, and replies to recovery communications.

Eligibility

• 3rd, 4th, or final-year law students.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Problem-solving and negotiation mindset.
