IMR Law Offices is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Corporate Team at the Jawahar Nagar office in Srinagar.

Role and Responsibilities

• Gain practical exposure to corporate advisory and legal compliance work.
• Draft various legal documents including agreements, notices, and legal opinions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and assist with due diligence assignments.
• Collaborate with experienced legal professionals to support the Corporate Team's objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of legal strategies for commercial law matters.

Eligibility

• Currently in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program.
• Final-year student of a 3-year LL.B. program.
• Demonstrated strong interest in Corporate and Commercial Laws.
• Dedicated and driven attitude toward professional legal training.
