Details of the Job/Internship

Brainiac IP Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern – IPR for an offline internship based in Pune for the months of August to September 2025. The internship is extendable based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on trademark and copyright prosecution.
• Assist in IPR-related legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• Analyze intellectual property issues.
• Gain hands-on experience in IP law and develop legal analysis and writing skills.

Eligibility

• Must be a 3rd or 4th-year law student (or 2nd-year student of a three-year course).
• Must have opted for IPR as an optional subject, or hold a diploma in IPR, or have prior practical experience in IP Law.
• Must be pursuing law from a BCI-recognized institution.
• Must be based in Pune.
• Should be self-motivated, proactive, and hardworking.
• Strong logical and reasoning skills.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
