Role and Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct in-depth research on legal issues and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Efficiently extract contracts and documents from one platform and upload them to another.
• Proofread and quality-check legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the drafting of various legal documents, including writs, replies, petitions, and more.

Eligibility

• Enthusiasm for the field of Litigation, Corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
• Adept at conducting thorough legal research.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Currently in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year.
