Details of the Job/Internship
Pathway Counsel is offering an internship opportunity for law students to gain practical experience in high-impact litigation and advisory work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research across statutes, case law, and policy frameworks.
- Assisting in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Preparing case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
- Supporting policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.
- Assisting senior counsel in preparation for matters before the Supreme Court, State High Courts, and Tribunals.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a B.A.LL.B or LL.B program (preferably 4th/5th year of a 5-year course or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year course).
- Demonstrated interest in data privacy, constitutional law, or civil/commercial litigation.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
