Details of the Job/Internship
LegalCare is hiring a Legal Intern (Part-time) to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves researching legal judgments, precedents, and diverse legal topics including Family Law, Commercial Law, and International Law. The position is work-from-office for 4 hours per day at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Stipend is as per industry standards and an internship experience letter or certificate will be provided.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research legal judgments, precedents, and assigned legal topics.
- Use legal research databases including Westlaw, SCC Online, LexisNexis, and Manupatra.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance activities on agreements, contracts, or other legal documents.
- Assist the legal team on a daily basis.
Eligibility
Preferably from a reputed legal institution based in Bangalore.
