Details of the Job/Internship

Vault Proptech is hiring a Legal Intern – Real Estate for a full-time, on-site internship of six months in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review property-related agreements including sale deeds, lease deeds, and other legal instruments.
• Conduct legal research on property and real estate law matters.
• Assist in due diligence and title verification of properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external legal professionals.
• Stay updated on developments in Indian property and real estate laws.

Eligibility

• Pursuing the final year of an integrated law course or recently graduated with an LL.B or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of Indian property and real estate laws.
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior internship or experience in property or real estate law is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
