Details of the Job/Internship

TruEstate is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru. 

• Full-time, on-site internship (offline mode).
• Duration: 3–6 months with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review property-related documents, including sale deeds, lease deeds, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on real estate and property law matters.
• Assist with due diligence and title verification processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors.
• Stay updated on developments in Indian property and real estate laws.

Eligibility

• Pursuing the final year of a 5-year integrated law course, 3rd year of LL.B., or recently graduated in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Indian property laws and related statutes.
• Proficiency in legal drafting with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in property/real estate law preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
