Details of the Job/Internship
OpenSphere is hiring a Legal Intern for a hybrid role in Delhi to assist in U.S. immigration law and operations for 2–3 months.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft recommendation letters, petition letters, and personal statements.
- Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategies.
- Review and organize evidentiary documents (publications, awards, patents).
- Assist with formatting, citations, and compliance.
- Contribute to knowledge resources related to O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW categories.
Eligibility
- Law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year program, final year in a 3-year LLB, or recent graduate).
- Based in Delhi/NCR (highly motivated remote candidates may be considered).
- Strong research, writing, and documentation skills.
- Interest in immigration law, U.S. visa categories, or international law.
- Attention to detail, structured writing, and meeting deadlines.
- Bonus: Familiarity with O-1, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW.
- Ability to quickly learn AI tools.
