AT & Partners is hiring a Legal Intern — Web3 & AI Law to join their team. This is a selective, research-intensive remote internship focused on complex issues in Web3, AI, digital assets, and technology regulation. The role involves first-principles research on emerging legal questions, analytical writing, preparation of research notes and strategy papers for live matters, and synthesising technical and legal material into clear outputs. The internship duration is two months, and remote work requires time-specific availability.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct deep legal research on emerging technology frameworks in India and globally.
- Prepare analytical writing on AI governance, crypto regulation, tokenisation, and platform liability.
- Draft research notes and strategy papers for live matters.
- Synthesize large volumes of technical and legal material into structured outputs.
Eligibility
- Candidates with familiarity with basic concepts in technology law, Web3, and AI.
- Ability to work independently and manage demanding timelines.
- Strong reading, analytical thinking, and precise writing skills.
- Willingness to commit to fixed working hours despite the remote model.
