Through its Centralised Registration System, AIFF oversees player registrations, renewals, and transfers nationwide. The Federation also handles disputes related to players, clubs, officials, intermediaries, disciplinary actions, and anti-doping matters. AIFF is committed to ensuring regulatory compliance within Indian football.
Details of the Job/Internship
All India Football Federation is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3-month internship to join its headquarters in Dwarka, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with proceedings of the Disciplinary Committee and Player Status Committee.
- Record minutes of meetings.
- Draft notices and replies related to disputes involving players, clubs, and member associations.
- Assist in drafting and amending AIFF Regulations and Codes.
- Track age-fraud issues and report them.
- Monitor matches/tournaments on the AIFF CMS and report disciplinary actions.
Eligibility
- Recent LLB graduate.
- Prior experience in Sports Law preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of sports, especially football.
- Skilled in contract drafting and legal review.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Physically fit and willing to travel domestically as needed.
