Details of the Job/Internship
HighLevel is hiring a Legal Intern – Vendor Contract Support to assist the legal team in contract drafting, compliance, and vendor coordination for a major marketing event.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and update vendor agreements including service, sponsorship, and confidentiality contracts.
- Conduct legal research related to contract and marketing law compliance.
- Support review of speaker presentations and promotional content for regulatory adherence.
- Assist in vendor communication and due diligence.
- Maintain contract systems and track critical deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Finance, and Marketing.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing an LL.B. from a recognized law school.
- Strong interest in corporate and contract law.
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and similar tools.
- Reliable internet and secure computer system.
