Details of the Job/Internship
Accuspace is hiring a Legal Intern to join its team for a 6-month internship program at its Malviya Nagar office in Jaipur. The role involves providing legal and administrative support across various business and corporate legal functions, including research, drafting, compliance, and case preparation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case files.
- Maintain and organise legal files, ensuring documents are updated and accessible.
- Conduct legal analysis and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with client intake, including interviews and collection of necessary information.
- Prepare brief notes of cases and research notes.
Eligibility
- Candidates from Jaipur and Delhi only.
- Strong knowledge of company law and corporate laws.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, and Excel.
