Advocate Sumathi is hiring Legal Interns to join her office in Ambattur. This is an on-site internship role involving day-to-day legal assistance, including research, drafting of legal documents, case preparation, attendance at legal proceedings, organisation of case files, and schedule management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• Support case preparation and day-to-day legal work.
• Attend legal proceedings as required.
• Organise case files and manage schedules.

Eligibility

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to conduct research and assess case details.
• Good writing and drafting skills with a focus on legal documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
• Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law programme or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of the Indian legal framework and procedures.
