Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents.
- Support ongoing litigation and arbitration matters.
- Assist with transactional work related to assigned practice areas.
- Manage timelines and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
- Take initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks.
Eligibility
- Law students in the 2nd to 4th year of a 5-year law course.
- Law students in the 2nd year of a 3-year law course.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of company law, contract law, and civil procedure.
- Prior internship experience in relevant areas is preferred.
