Agathist IP Attorneys is inviting law students to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal reaserch on IPR, Contracts and related fields 
• Assist in drafting agreements, legal opinions and other relevant documents 
• Support attorneys in preparing for legal proceedings and enforcement actions 
• Analyze cases and provide insights on contract negotiations and brand protection
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IPR and contract law

Eligibility

• Pursuing a law degree (LLB or equivalent) 
• Prior knowledge or coursework in Intellectual Property Rights and Contracts 
• Strong reaserch, analytical and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting
• Attention to detail and a passion for legal work
