Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and processes.
• Handle multitasking responsibilities with major focus on HR over legal work.
• Draft and review IT agreements and employment agreements.
• Understand and support company legal implications and contractual requirements.
• Assist with compliance management related to IT company regulations.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification is mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT company laws and compliance management.
• Ability to manage HR operational processes independently.
• High-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
