ALTEN Global Technologies Private Limited is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern to support their internal legal operations in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, obtain signatures, and escalate deviations from standard parameters.
- Analyze contract requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Research regulatory updates and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
- Support the due diligence process and coordinate third-party compliance screening.
- Maintain contract repository and trackers.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and analyze compliance data.
Eligibility
Law students in their third year or higher of a five-year undergraduate program (BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB), third year or higher of a three-year LLB program, or currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Company, or Corporate Law. Minimum of 65% or 7.5 SGPA in each semester; minimum CGPA of 8.0.
