Details of the Job/Internship

ALTEN Global Technologies is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.

• Duration: 1–3 months (minimum commitment).
• Joining: Immediate (applicants must be based in Bengaluru).
• Certificate: Internship completion certificate provided.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, track signatures, and escalate deviations from standard templates.
• Analyze contractual terms and compliance requirements in line with applicable laws.
• Research regulatory updates and support compliance with revised laws.
• Assist with due diligence processes and compliance screening of third parties.
• Maintain contract repositories and trackers for vendors and customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and review compliance data.

Eligibility

• Law students in their 3rd year or above of a 5-year BA LLB / BBA LLB / BCom LLB program.
• Law students in their 3rd year or above of a 3-year LLB program.
• Students pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.
• Academic performance: 65% or 7.5 SGPA per semester (minimum) | CGPA of 8.0 or above.
