ALTEN Global Technologies Private Limited is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.
- Number of Positions: 2 interns at a time..
- Stipend: This is an honorary internship.
- Certification: Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate of participation, recognizing their contributions and skills gained during the program.
- Duration: 1 to 3 months (minimum commitment).
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, obtaining signatures, and escalating deviations from Alten’s standard parameters.
- Analyzing contract requirements, terms, conditions, and other content to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Researching regulatory updates and revisions to ensure adherence to updated laws and regulations.
- Supporting the due diligence process and coordinating compliance screening of third parties.
- Maintaining vendor or customer contract repositories and trackers.
- Coordinating with different departments to collect and analyze compliance data.
Eligibility
- Law students in their third year or higher of a five-year undergraduate program (BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB), third year or higher of a three-year LLB program, or currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.
- Academic Performance: Minimum of 65% or 7.5 SGPA and above in each semester. For CGPA, a minimum of 8.0 is required.
- Strong legal acumen, research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Networking and experience interacting with stakeholders and external service providers (lawyers, company secretaries).
- Prior experience in contract drafting, review, and redlining will be an advantage.
