Details of the Job/Internship

Amicus Publico LLP is hiring a Legal Intern for a one-month internship to join their office in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on various topics.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Support compliance checks and risk assessments.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize discussions.
• Keep track of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing the 3rd to 5th year of law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with legal terms and basic legal procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Preferred: Prior internship or experience in a legal setting.
• Preferred: Interest in corporate law, arbitration, and ADR matters.
