Antier Solutions is hiring Legal Interns for a 2-month internship at their Mohali office. The role provides hands-on experience in corporate legal practices within a fast-growing technology company.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and internal policies.
• Support compliance and regulatory research.
• Assist in vendor agreement review and legal due diligence.
• Contribute to corporate governance and internal audits.
• Conduct legal research on emerging laws, especially in blockchain and fintech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legal implications.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year or above if enrolled in a 5-year course).
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Interest in corporate and technology law.
• Must have own laptop.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
