Details of the Job/Internship

Arcot Group is inviting law students to intern with them in their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on new amendments and legal standards.
• Review, amend, and oversee client and vendor contracts.
• Conduct legal research on various matters.
• Draft legal notices, emails, contracts, and agreements.
• Develop terms and conditions, privacy policies for websites.
• Monitor implementation of legal clauses.
• Provide cost-effective and commercially sensible legal advice.
• Draft legal opinions, briefing documents, and review legal materials.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and experience in drafting contracts & agreements.
• Proficient in IP Laws (Trademark filing, First Examination Report responses, Copyright filing).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law (3-year or 5-year program).
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
