Details of the Job/Internship

Atlan is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time remote internship (2–3 months) with night shift hours (7 PM to 4 AM IST).

Role and Responsibilities

• Support NDA intake, review, and execution through CLM tools.
• Assist in managing contract lifecycle workflows and documentation.
• Organize legal templates and process documentation.
• Conduct legal research on SaaS, data privacy, IP, and regulatory matters.
• Track procurement requests and assist in legal operations.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, contract review, and summarisation.

Eligibility

• Law students (BA LL.B./BBA LL.B.) or LL.M. candidates, or recent graduates.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal research databases and MS Office.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Interest in in-house legal roles and SaaS/technology law.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Salary/Stipend

₹15,000 per month.
