Details of the Job/Internship

Avendus is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Corporate Legal Team for a 6-month internship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams.
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs, engagement letters, and service agreements.
• Support corporate legal matters and internal legal projects.
• Assist the central legal team with legal research and documentation.

Eligibility

• 4th-year law student pursuing LL.B.
• Prior internship experience with a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
