Details of the Job/Internship
Azad & Azad Legal Consultants is hiring a Legal Intern to join its team in Dubai. This is a hybrid internship role with a combination of remote work and in-office meetings, for a flexible duration of 1 to 3 months. The role offers hands-on exposure to real client matters and day-to-day legal work in the UAE market.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, Shareholder Agreements, Wills, resolutions, and corporate amendments.
- Reviewing contracts and identifying key legal risks and issues.
- Conducting legal research on UAE laws, including Commercial Companies Law, DIFC and ADGM regulations, Labour Law, and Real Estate regulations.
- Assisting with company incorporations, share transfers, documentation review, and due diligence.
- Supporting litigation and dispute matters through document preparation, timelines, and factual summaries.
- Managing administrative and organisational tasks, including maintaining legal databases, organising files, and formatting documents.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
- Strong interest in UAE corporate and commercial law.
