Details of the Job/Internship

Being Iban is hiring a Legal Intern with 0–3 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata for a 3–6 month internship. The role includes assisting with drafting contracts, conducting legal research, preparing case documents, and supporting compliance-related tasks. The first month of the internship will be unpaid, followed by a stipend of ₹12,000 per month from the second month.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Assist in litigation and compliance matters.
• Organise and maintain legal files.
• Support senior lawyers and attend hearings if required.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognised university.
• 0–3 years of experience (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of corporate and litigation laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
