Details of the Job/Internship

Bizlegal India is hiring a Legal Intern to join its on-site team at the Dadri office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Assist in due diligence matters.
• Support legal compliance activities for clients.
• Attend client meetings and assist in preparing legal opinions.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations applicable to startups and investors.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in legal research and legal drafting.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and due diligence processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret legal frameworks relevant to startups and investors.
